Corpus Christi Comic Con 2026 Is Almost Here, And My Wallet Is Already Crying

Well folks, it's that time again. Corpus Christi Comic Con is back June 5th through June 7th, and if you're into comics, anime, gaming, cosplay, collectibles, or just being around people who understand your obscure fandom references, this is probably where you'll be spending your weekend.

Taking over the Hilliard Center once again, Corpus Christi Comic Con has grown into one of the biggest geek gatherings in South Texas. Every year it gets a little bigger, a little crazier, and somehow gives us even more reasons to spend money we definitely shouldn't be spending.

This year's guest lineup is pretty stacked.

Fans will get a chance to meet Amy Jo Johnson, the original Pink Ranger from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Ray Park will also be in attendance, which means Darth Maul fans can finally stop spinning around their living rooms with toy lightsabers and meet the man himself.

Avatar: The Last Airbender fans can meet Dante Basco, the voice behind Zuko, while animation lovers can check out Scott Innes, known for voicing Scooby-Doo and Shaggy. Horror gamers will also recognize Kellen Goff, and Resident Evil fans can meet Marta Svetek.

And honestly? That's just scratching the surface.

The convention floor will be packed with artists, creators, vendors, and enough collectibles to make your bank account file a restraining order against you. Whether you're hunting down comics, Funko Pops, anime merch, artwork, or that one random thing you didn't know existed until five minutes ago, you'll probably find it here.

Cosplay is also returning in full force, and let's be real, some of these cosplayers put more effort into their costumes than most people put into their jobs. Expect everything from superheroes and anime characters to some of the most random deep-cut fandoms imaginable.

Anime fans can also check out the returning Maid Café experience, featuring themed entertainment, games, food, and enough anime energy to power an entire convention center.

What I love about Corpus Christi Comic Con is that it doesn't matter if you're a hardcore collector, a casual fan, or someone who just likes seeing cool stuff. There's something here for everybody. You can spend hours browsing booths, meeting guests, taking photos, watching panels, or just nerding out with people who love the same things you do.

So if you've been looking for an excuse to wear that cosplay sitting in your closet, finally meet some of your favorite actors, or spend an unhealthy amount of money on collectibles, Corpus Christi Comic Con 2026 has you covered.
